Citibank
Management Associate Program
Citibank has chosen Adelphi as one of a select group of leading business schools from which to recruit graduates for its renowned Management Associate Program, a 12-month rotation designed to give recent graduates exposure to the Bank's key operations, products, and services. "On the job" experience is combined with classroom training. After 12 months, M.A.'s take on the challenges and responsibilities of a permanent position in a selected department.
Career-Makers Program
Adelphi students have the rare opportunity to participate in Citbank's Career-Makers Program. Through the program, open to all Adelphi undergraduates, students can advance their careers through a paid internship. Participants who work 20 hours a week receive full medical benefits and tuition reimbursement in addition to a highly competitive salary. Interns also participate in Citibank's professional training program. Interns can work full-time during intercession and over the summer, and qualify for full-time management positions upon graduation.

Internships
Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students can take advantage of an executive internship program representing all areas of the company, from HR, to marketing, to finance. A number of students have successfully leveraged their internships into full-time management positions.
Case Studies
Through in-class case studies provided by 1-800-Flowers.com, students apply their knowledge to existing business issues. Students often present their recommendations to senior management. These cases studies are sponsored by Fresh University, the training arm of 1-800-Flowers.com.
