BUS 650: Introduction to the foundation and theories of conflict management, including: an interdisciplinary introduction to conflict, sources of conflict, and conflict theory various responses; the ADR continuum; and negotiation theory. Students will gain critical skills in multi-party and public policy facilitation. Emphasis upon methods to assess conflict and evaluation interventions.
