HRM 764: Selecting For Organizational Excellence 3 credits Students will examine staffing issues, such as workforce planning and recruiting and will study in-depth the development and validation of selection measures and procedures for hiring and other decisions. They will explore the uses of a variety of selection measures (e.g., knowledge and personality assessments, work simulations, and structured interviews).
