HSA 770: Quality Management And Regulation In Health Care 3 credits This course familiarizes the student with the concept of quality improvement across the healthcare continuum. This course focuses on the history and evolution of quality, its terms, principles, theories and practices as well as the role and importance of the regulatory agencies responsible for quality oversight.
