Hagedorn Lectureship on Corporate Social Responsibility
Started in 2003 through a generous contribution from Miracle Gro founder Horace Hagedorn and his wife Amy Maiello Hagedorn, Adelphi's annual lecture series on Corporate Social Responsibility enables the University to invite prominent speakers to address pressing issues of the day. The series fits with the University's overall goal to create a culture of conscience among students, faculty, staff, administrators, and local community members. Past speakers have included acclaimed litigator David Boies and New York Times Sunday Magazine columnist Randy Cohen.

The GOAL Distinguished Executive Lecture Series
Students in Adelphi's Accelerated M.B.A. Program (GOAL) participate in quarterly lecture forums with leading business and government executives through the school's Distinguished Lectureship Series. Past guest lecturers have included Robert Willumstad, president of Citigroup; Robert Catell, chairman and CEO of Keyspan Corporation; and Howard Weitzman, Nassau County comptroller.

Executives-in-Residence Program
For more than 15 years, Adelphi has invited prominent corporate executives to campus to share their experience and knowledge with students and faculty. Executives spend a day on campus, speaking to classes, joining students and faculty for lunch, delivering a presentation, and hosting a career development seminar. Past participants include CEOs and senior executives from DDB Advertising, Newsday, Nordstrom Department Stores, 1-800-Flowers.com, and the New York Jets.
